Milk increase risk of prostate cancer and acne vulgaris

Milk contains micro RNAs that inhibits TP53 and DNMT1. TP53 is a tumor suppressor  gene where as DNA methyltransferase (DNMT1) methylates DNA, both of which are important in DNA stability.
